All those in attendance at the JCSO volunteer gathering had an opportunity to view the DVD and unanimously gave it “two thumbs up.

Preliminary plans for an October 4th fund raising event were also announced. The Johns Creek Symphony Orchestra will join forces with the Ocee Arts Center (soon-to-be Johns Creek Arts Center) for an evening of music, visual arts and fantastic food. Activities will include silent and live auctions, live music throughout the evening and a classic car display. The event, entitled “Down by the Riverside: An Evening of Art and Music”, will take place at a private residence on the Chattahoochee River. Final details will be announced in August.
